Covers a wider range of injuries, illnesses and conditions that a First Aider might encounter at work. Learners will be required to demonstrate both practical skills and theory knowledge that results in a certificate valid for 3 years. (4 - 12 learners per course)

A one day course covering common and life threatening injuries and conditions likely to be encountered in the workplace. Learners will be required to demonstrate CPR, AED use, treatment of choking, recovery position and management of bleeds. (4 - 12 learners per course)

- Discuss advice and treatment in food poisoning cases

- Explore temperature and the 'danger zone'
